From a very early age, J.Rae has been a good listener. During childhood, many adults told J.Rae they were an old soul. Several people told them that they were wise beyond their years. Their classmates even sought their advice throughout their educational experiences, and they’ve received countless life stories from total strangers while standing in checkout lines. But their own personal wounds from life trauma they endured prevented them from trusting their own intuition. They dismissed their gifts and tried to avoid sharing them in a larger way. Until 2011. That’s when J.Rae intentionally stepped fully onto their healing path unlocking their own infinite healing.

That path led them to many wonderful things - a new church home, a beloved community, right into therapy, and, ultimately, through the doors of divinity school. Through their studies and their personal practice of healing they've learned a multitude of processes and techniques that they believe can assist everyone.

J.Rae’s path led them to become a pastor and into life coaching. They’ve recently achieved certification through Radiant Coaches Academy as a Holistic Life Coach with advanced training as a Spiritual Life Coach. They combine those labels and consider themselves to be a Holistic Spiritual Life Coach.

In J.Rae’s practice, they lean into and rely upon their psychic connections through their intuition, their training from all of their education, and their personal practices to become a conduit for spirit during individual and group sessions. Leaning into their spiritual practices, in conjunction with deep listening to their clients, J.Rae helps clients develop their own processes, steps, and programs for their personal journey J.Rae sees this as the method of unlocking your infinite healing.

J.Rae currently resides in Tennessee with their wife, Sandi, and their fur babies. When they aren’t coaching, pastoring, or learning new material, J.Rae loves to spend time with family and friends hanging out, eating good food while solving the problems of the world, and watching sports. They are also an avid dog lover, photographer, writer, theologian, educator, and artist who loves cool crisp mornings, a good cup of coffee, and the healing energy of the beach.
